Was about 25-ish hours in total of work, even though I was working off an existing jacket.  

I also went into this with a general idea of what I wanted to achieve versus having a concrete design or plan of action.  So, I mean, it’s hard to give any advice short of just dig in, and don’t be worried if you end up staring glassy-eyed at it for long stretches of time waiting for that little light bulb moment that gives you your next move or a better direction to take.  I got stumped a LOT on this thing.  

Also, I can’t suggest having a mannequin or body form enough!  It’s so much easier to place things and tailor fit when you can actually see the jacket on something that’s a stand-in for your own body.
